The baffle is a “slide on” single piece and doesn't snap together. One needs to remove the feeder and slip over the top on a one- piece pole or a 2-piece shepherd's hook.
To Install properly, slide baffle up the pole, attach the adjustable stabilizer at Least 4 1/2 Feet off the ground. Rest the Baffle on the Stabilizer.
Make sure the pole or post you're mount to is at least 8' away from a tree or other launching spot for squirrel
